WebMar 10, 2012 · signalpuke. Block is 19mm taller than the K20, heads are the same height. All of the height is 'above' the mounts. The deck is taller. If you run a K24, the hood will be cut. If you run a K24 and any manifold, the hood will be cut. The hood hinges will not raise the hood enough to clear the motor. They are at the wrong end of the hood. WebNov 10, 2024 · @HunnyBuilt there are JDM K24A's that work in the TSX. Before you purchase, ask the seller to pull the valve cover off and send you a pic of the cams. If they have 3 lobes per cylinder on both cams, it's the right engine. With that said, ONLY the long block transfers. The water jacket and accessories do not work with the TSX.
