WebFeb 4, 2024 · I have a Maytag MVWX655DW1 washer. It will get stuck at sensing mode and not move past that. It shows error code F8E1 on diagnostics. After the code is cleared it will run a load all the way through normally. Then it stops again at sensing and bad the code. It went through the auto Diag mode and threw no codes so I'm at a loss.
