Either back up your data, format the drive, and restore, or you can try to use ntfsresize to shrink the filesystem in sda2, then use fdisk to delete and recreate the partition with the same starting sector, but an ending sector that does not overlap with sda3, and is still large enough to contain the new size you shrank ...
