WebIt is actually a waste of time unless you are compelled to have “a perfect maxed vault”. SPECIAL stats do not have the same impact inside your vault as outside. Most of your dwellers only need max E and the stat matching their work room. Full SPECIAL is best for wasteland explorers, questers and you could argue your breeding dwellers.
