WebGoing to failure tells the body you weren't able to get the job done so it better grow. Going to failure then resting the muscle a few days and then trying to lift either more weight or reps the next time to failure will keep stimulating muscle and keep your growing. Do 2 to 3 pre exhaust sets of 10 to 12 reps, increasing the weight with each set.
