I paid them 405.89 Euros for a 5 week furnished apartment rental in Paris, France. I felt that this was fine, because I have used estate agents before and did not have a problem. I thought that it would be worth it to pay the fee in order to get a good deal on an apartment. BIG MISTAKE!!!
